Lens has found a replacement for injured Régis Gurtner. Mathieu Gorgelin, former OL and Havre goalkeeper, will join the Sang-et-Or.

Mathieu Gorgelin is a 35-year-old French goalkeeper, who played for OL from 2011 to 2019. He also played for Havre, where he was a starter during the second part of the 2024-2025 season.

This transfer is important for Lens, as it allows the club to replace injured Régis Gurtner. Mathieu Gorgelin will support Robin Risser, the undisputed starter in the Sang-et-Or goal.
